My thoughts on the UAAG Guideline 3 techniques: - we should add techniques to each clarifying that the toggle should be one setting that controls ALL of the various mechanism covered by each checkpoint. - overall the split between "Example Techniques" and "Doing More" seems quite arbitrary. - Q: in 3.1 when does a background colour become a background image? - Q: in 3.2 what about audio and video in the same multimedia package?
