Re: AGENDA: W3C User Agent Teleconference for 6 October 2005

I shall attend the call. Anyone working on the road map who is
present can attest to its fluidity. Perhaps we need to feed any
issues we come up re roadmap / uaag to taskforce. Perhaps we need to
work in taskforce which we seem to already be doing. It is my
impression though that when roadmap is followed, user agents should
be given what they need to render with.

W3C User Agent Teleconference for 4 August 2005
-------------------------------------------------------------
Chair: Jim Allan
Date: Thursday, 6 October 2005
Time: 2:00-3:00 pm Boston Local Time, USA (19:00-20:00 UTC/GMT)
Call-in: Zakim bridge at: +1-617-761-6200, code 8294#
IRC: sever: irc.w3.org, port: 6665, channel: #ua.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Please send RSVP or additional agenda items to the list.

Agenda

1. Review the DHTML Roadmap
     - http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/roadmap/DHTMLRoadmap092305.html
     - The purpose is to create a map between guidelines and
checkpoints in UAAG
and
requirements/provisions in the roadmap.
     - My concern is that the current version of UAAG may not be
sufficient to
address UA accessibility when the author uses the roadmap to enhance the
functioning of the content. I would like the group to start
discussing this
issue sooner rather than later.

IRC reminders and tips:
* IRC is supplemental to the call. Some participants do not have IRC.
All
substantive comments should be said verbally in the call (not just in
IRC).
* to type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes,
type
/me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
- will come out: *jim hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
