Just to note Gez Lemon's accesskey bookmarklet [1], which can modify
accesskeys to avoid conflicts, or remove them completely for users who
would prefer not to have them. Although it doesn't work in Opera, this is
not such a problem given Opera's mechanism for exposing accesskeys through
a bypass key. (That bypass key is itself configurable...)
