Registration [1] for the 2005 All Group Meeting and Technical Plenary

... to be held in Boston from 28 February through 4 March. A record
number of Groups have registered to meet during the week. The
Program Committee [3] is compiling an interesting program for
Technical Plenary Day on 2 March. It should be a great week.
Please ask your Group participants to register for the meeting as
soon as possible, so that we can have accurate information for
planning. The registration deadline is 24:00, Boston time on 18
February 2005 (5:00 UTC 19 February).
The negotiated guest room rate at the meeting hotel, Hyatt Harborside
[4], is $139 (plus 12.45% tax). We have reserved all the meeting
space available at the Hyatt. In order to meet our guest room quota,
avoid charges for meeting rooms, and still keep our hold on all the
meeting space, we kindly ask that you book your room at the Hyatt.
The deadline to book your room at the discount rate is 5 February
2005.
