Re: SVG, Style, Resizing, Etc.

This sounds like it should give the capabilities needed for people with 
disabilities.  Can we get this in the techniques document as examples for 
checkpoint 4.15,  We might want to give an SVG example in a note after 4.15.

What do people think?
