Ian Jacobs has requested that his thoughts related to user agent responsibilities be discussed at tommorrow's telecon. The proposal can be found at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/1999/12/ua-resp-19991228 Jon Gunderson has posted an extensive response to Ian's proposal: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-ua/2000JanMar/0005.html I have added discussion of the proposal to the agenda for tommorrows meeting. In order to facilitate the discussion, it is very important for you to at least read Ian's proposal before the meeting. It was proposed to help the group resolve checkpoint issues and to serve as a supporting document for proposed recommendation. I would strongly request that you also read my extensive response to the proposal and any other postings to the group related to the proposal before the meeting. So please come prepared to discuss this issue so that we can use our time efficiently.
