Techniques for Checkpoint  2.3 Render content according to natural language
identification. [Priority 1]

2.3.1 Automatically change fonts for a user agent rendering content visually

2.3.2 Automatically change the language of the voice for a user agent
rendering content through speech .

2.3.2 When unsupported languages are specified by the author, provide the
user with information on the change in language
