4.1 Allow the user to control font family. [Priority 1]

1. Allow user defined CSS style sheet to control font family
2. Allow the user to configure the user agent to ignore author specified 
font family
3. Allow the user to set the default font family for the user agent

2. For vector scalable fonts increase the rendering size of the text(i.e. 
SVG technology)
3. Allow the user to configure the user agent to ignore author specified
