List of Alternative Browsers

Hello,

In the teleconf today (refer to raw minutes [1]) we discussed
testing the guidelines on software. I've added a link
to the UA home page to a list of "alternative" browsers [2] that
was constructed by the WAI EO WG (I believe). 

I suspect (but have not confirmed) that comments 
on this page (completeness, errors,
etc.) would be welcome by the page's authors.

I also propose that we link to this page from the UAGL Techniques 
document.
