Discharging my action item from last week (albeit close to the last minute...) from http://www.sun.com/tech/access/updt.HCI.advance.html at Table 6 - just before http://www.sun.com/tech/access/updt.HCI.advance.html#infrastructure although it is also in other places. This was a pretty good paper. (I think this information is also in Gregg Vanderheiden's seminal work, but I don't know for sure).
