Ok thank you, that makes sense. I did read that and think that was what it meant initially, but then I started to worry that it just meant carousels in general don't fail 2.2.1. It reads like it assumes all carousels have controls, so it doesn't make it 100% clear it's conditional to 'any carousels with controls for accessing it'.
