accessible phones database?

Hi everyone,
I am rather seriously and desperately seeking a phone that accommodates my 
body's needs.
Canada is retiring their 3g network, taking the lg device that has met my 
disability experiences where they are faithfully for years along with that 
network.
Because Canadian providers have not made any serious effort to accommodate 
individuals who do not fit their disability dictionary,  I need a resource 
that sorts phones by feature.
There is? or was such a database, you chose items from a very detailed 
list, and it presented models with those items.
I am almost sure I learned of the database here.
Anyone remember the resource  I mean?
