You didn't mention, but do you have the MathCAT for NVDA<https://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/MathCAT.en.html> plugin installed? A user guide<https://nsoiffer.github.io/MathCAT/users.html> is available from the developer.

Hi All,

I have inserted an equation in HTML using MathML and included alt text for it, but the equation is not being read by the NVDA screen reader in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, even with MathPlayer installed. Please suggest the best solution. The MathML code is provided below for reference.
