It would be difficult to come up with a definitive list of failures,
because there isn't a one-to-one mapping. So many of the criteria can be
failed in multiple completely different ways - half a dozen, or a dozen, or
more ways to fail some of them. All of which would need to included if the
demo website was to really illustrate the ways the WCAG can be failed. So,
not easy! Still, worth attempting a demo site like that.
