While they don't fail 4.1.2, they already fail other criteria like 
3.3.2: Labels or Instructions (A). So not sure the status quo needs 
shaking up here? My concern is primarily about accurately reflecting 
which of the SCs are failing, and 4.1.2 ain't it.
