Question in regards to Time-Based Media Alternatives

I am trying to make a music video with little to no room for audio
description. I have decided to provide a Time-Based Media Alternative in
order to meet WCAG guidelines. What is the best way to accomplish this? Does
the link to the Time-Based Media Alternative have to be directly before or
after the media player? Is there a better way?
