Iframe question

Hi,
I have a project that contains an iframe that is pulling content from a
modal window. The page hasn't been built yet but I wondered if anyone
experienced this before. What are the implications of this approach? I'm
concerned about the code being pulled in, for example, it bring announced
as a dialog. I've read that heading structure is not as much of a concern.

Any insights?
