I am sharing this article since some of the companies producing these overlays are members, and involved in the policy making process to some extent. Likewise some of the more recent WAcG changes seem? to enable the overlay concept, where both a back to basic progressive enhancement model and less of the all blind people use technology like our blind person approach can create solution Even organizations creating courses on accessibility are failing on the inclusion front.
