Some images for WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.11 understanding document are broken from Patrick H. Lauke on 2022-03-09 (w3c-wai-ig@w3.org from January to March 2022)

Images for "Relationship with Focus Visible" are currently broken in the 
live version 
https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/non-text-contrast (but do 
appear correctly in 
https://w3c.github.io/wcag/understanding/non-text-contrast.html)

I had a look in the repo (both on the main branch and the WCAG-2.1 
branch), but can't work out why that would be. Suspect some 
publication/build error?
