{ Form elements as labels }

Hello all,
I'm working on a document recommending that form elements not be used as a
label for radio groups.

Is the same true for mobile? I'm inclined to say yes but I have never coded
for mobile before. 'My stomach says so' is likely a weak reason especially
as it might be easy to bribe with a scotch egg.
