RE: Directives, policies, laws, and regulations that reference WCAG 2.1

In the UK, The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 reference WCAG 2.1, although there are certain exemptions for content such as maps, legacy videos and legacy office documents including PDF.
