In case it helps to uncover the problems some people are experiencing, I've just been through and filled in all fields with Jaws in Firefox, Chrome and IE (though I haven't submitted answers because I didn't want to cloud the results). Using Jaws 2020 and the latest versions of both browsers in case it helps. The method I used was to move to the first field (on the page with all the questions) using the f shortcut (the e shortcut also worked), entered forms mode (because I have Jaws set to manual forms mode) and tabbed through the remainder. Wilco and Eric are both people with experience and consideration. If some people are finding it difficult to complete the form it won't be because they didn't do their best to get it right. As we've seen from this thread whatever the problems are, they're not being experienced by everyone even when using the same browsers, input modes or assistive tech. That doesn't stop the problems being frustrating, but I imagine they're just as frustrated. Léonie.
