I have difficulty picturing what you mean. Do you mean that text that can be read both
(a) left to right (the normal sequence for text in English) and
(b) top to bottom, because the letters from multiple acrostics?
(In a traditional acrostic, only the first letter of each line builds in acrostic. The sator square can be read both left to right and top to bottom, but the words are identical, so you need only one reading sequence: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sator_Square .)
