RE: [EXTERNAL] RE: Accessibility survey tools

Qualtrics is one of the survey tools that is accessible to a good extent. There are few glitches in terms of resizing (viewport) and color contrast in the default UI, however given the option for customization that may be changed to make it accessible too. Please note Qualtrics is a commercial tool.

Thank you.

Best,
Poornima

I would be interested in a tool that both lets those of us who use screen readers author surveys and take surveys. I have been using Survey Monkey but after they spent a lot of money on accessibility they redesigned the UI and broke some of the accessibility. I’ve been looking at Microsoft Forms but don’t know much about its analytics capabilities and ability to download responses or assign numbers to respondents for academic research.

At one time Survey Gizmo was accessible but then they redesigned their UI and broke the accessibility which is why I ended up with Survey Monkey. I don’t want to pay a subscription for a tool I can’t use and my subscription date for Survey Monkey is coming due so I an really interested in thoughts from the list!

Cheers, Karen
