WAI-ARIA 1.2 suite updated

The ARIA Working Group has published updated Working Drafts of:

  * Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) 1.2 -
    https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.2/
  * Core Accessibility API Mappings (Core-AAM) 1.2 -
    https://www.w3.org/TR/core-aam-1.2/, and
  * WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices (APG) 1.2 -
    https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.2/.

This publication of WAI-ARIA 1.2 adds roles to correspond to HTML, 
defines a script interface, and adjusts usage of some ARIA properties; 
Core-AAM adds mappings for new ARIA roles and updates some existing 
mappings; and the APG provides authoring guidance for new and changed 
ARIA 1.2 features.
