Dear WAI-IG Participants, I am writing to ask for support in bringing attention to digital accessibility in one specific mainstream technology conference. South by Southwest or SXSW is one of the most widely attended technology conferences in the world. In past years, there was pretty good coverage of Accessibility topics, but that has changed with the Panel Picker. Accessibility may not be considered as "sexy" as block chain these days but it is still as important as ever. Would you help to vote these Accessibility focused sessions up? Please look at these two proposals from Knowbility - one for the Interactive festival and one for the education segment of the program. https://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/87845 https://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/85332 If they seem like good overview sessions for Accessibility, please vote them up. Just as importantly, please post on social media and make comments on the SXSW web site panel picker itself. Community interest and support helps them decide what to bring in from thousands of proposals. Thanks for considering to vote and for your help!
