Cognitive Accessibility Roadmap and Gap Analysis updated

The Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/cognitive-a11y-tf/> of the Accessible
Platform Architectures Working Group <https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/> and
the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group <https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/>
has published an updated Working Draft of Cognitive Accessibility
Roadmap and Gap Analysis:

https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-gap-analysis/

This document explores user needs for people with cognitive or learning
disabilities and identifies where additional web content authoring
guidance is needed to help authors meet these needs. This information is
important to new guidance being added to Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines 2.1. This version changed the prefix from coga- to aui-,
updated the content and link in table for use needs and added the Making
content usable for people with cognitive and learning disabilities
document to appendix of gap analysis.

Feedback on any aspect of the document is accepted. For this
publication, the Working Groups particularly seek feedback on the
following questions:

  * Are any use cases or user needs missing?
  * Do the gaps identified describe current needs for improvement in
    guidelines and technologies?
  * Is there a need for further approaches to meet the needs of users
    with cognitive or learning disabilities?

are requested by *10 July 2018*. In-progress updates to the document may
