Thanks, that pattern is not working well in landscape mode. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. (I documented the issue here: https://github.com/w3c/wai-website/issues/71)

The change text size or colors link links to a page that explains users where to find guidance to customize their browsers, so I guess that page is exactly what you want :-)
