I'd check out BBC's mobile accessibility guidelines at the following link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/guidelines/futuremedia/accessibility/mobile We test using different AT's available on iOS and Android such as VoiceOver and TalkBack. You could also try SSB BART's AMP for Mobile for native testing in Xcode and Android Studio. Good luck to you!
