Right, and ARIA in HTML is the spec that normaticely defines conformance
for use of ARIA in HTML. I have recently done a major update of the spec to
take into account ARIA 1.1 and have updated the informative text in HTML
5.2 to reflect this.

The updated requirements in the ARIA in HTML spec will find there way into
the W3C HTML validator when Mike Smith finds time to implement.
