crowd funding platforms that respect wacg?

  Hi everyone,
Come across any that implement the standards well?  I should say besides 
kickstarter, unfortunately I cannot use the platform for this effort.
Still after spending over a month   with happiness staff members at two of 
them for whom access is a foreign concept, I just want a working option.
