Update Accessibility Bookmarklets to fix bug in HTTPS support

There was a bug in the Accessibility Bookmarklets that made them not work with many HTTPS hosted websites and services.

Steps to uninstall, reinstall and test bookmarklets:
Step1: Delete current Accessibility Bookmarklets from your bookmarklets menu and/or bookmarklet toolbar
Step2: Reinstall Accessibility Bookmarklets from the install page: https://accessibility-bookmarklets.org/install.html
Step3: Go to a website with HTTPS protocol and test the bookmarklets to see if they highlight content correctly
