Select box

Can someone help me to find an accessible select box?

I tried various W3C examples which do NOT reset the value when tabbing out/ selecting the ESC button of a select element. See the following links:

I'm seeing the combo box and select box issues in many applications.

I think the issue is with the browser (ex: Internet explorer).
