Re: Final Working Draft of WAI-ARIA 1.1 for review

I filed an issue in the ARIA repository for this:

https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/409

I prefer not to create extra noise on the WAI IG list discussing it, but 
we'll take a look at it in ARIA and address the issue. I'm not sure 
right now whether that will be by removing the placeholder or 
auto-generating something.
