WAI site redesign persona profiles - draft for review

Greetings all,

Several on WAI-IG asked to see the results of the personas developed from
the survey data collected here and on several other lists.  Thanks so much
to those who took the time to answer the (admittedly very long) survey.
Your help was invaluable, maybe you will recognize some of your own
attitudes in these personas - I hope so!

For background on how the personas were created, a look at the current
draft of profiles that will guide the redevelopment effort, and an
