Advice on making accessible web-based games/interactive activities.

Hi All

I'm not sure if this question has been asked before or not. But are there
any advice/notes or anything to making interactive web-based
games/activities WCAG 2.0 conformant? Or is it even possible?
Specifically I'm looking at making the below as accessible as possible.
