There is an accessible calendar bootstrap module at http://whatsock.com/bootstrap which can be restyled to look like whatever you want, and reconfigured to return any type of date string. It's also available as a jQuery module package, if you are using jQuery. ----- Original Message ----- From: Roger Hudson To: 'W3C WAI ig' Sent: Saturday, December 29, 2012 2:48 PM Subject: accessible date input Hi I am looking for an accessible way to input dates that allow the user to either enter the date via the keyboard in a text field or enter the date from an accessible datepicker calendar. This is to be used with a site using HTML 4.01 Strict (i.e. not HTML 5). Anyone got any suggestions. Thanks Roger
