Hi Jan and group Kentarou Fukuda from IBM has kindly provided the following information about aDesigner as requested: Hi Vivienne, Thank you so much for letting us know about it! At first, I apologize for the confusion. I think it is caused by aDesigner's history. Here is a rough summary. --- 2004: aDesigner was published at IBM alphaWorks (Free but IBM proprietary.) 2007: aDesigner2 that supports Flash evaluation function was published at IBM alphaWorks. 2008: Eclipse ACTF aDesigner was published. (Open-sourced version of aDesigner2. ACTF aDesigner 0.5 is almost equivalent to aDesigner2) At the same time, aDesigner2 was graduated from IBM alphaWorks. Further developments and enhancements are performed at Eclipse ACTF project. --- As you know, aDesigner that supports Flash evaluation is now available from Eclipse.org, and its latest version is 1.0. So, if possible, would you please ask editors to replace "aDesigner2" with "aDesigner" (or "ACTF aDesigner") in the Flash techniques page? If needed, I can post it to w3c-wai-ig ML. BTW, I found that the link to aDesigner in "Resources" section was already updated and now it linked to ACTF's download page (http://www.eclipse.org/actf/downloads/tools/aDesigner/). Thank you for your support for it. Many thanks, Kentarou --- Kentarou Fukuda, Ph.D. IBM Research - Tokyo Tel: +81-3-5144-2852 E-mail: kentarou@jp.ibm.com I trust that this will clear up any confusion.
