Call for Review: Before and After Demonstration: Keyboard focus styling

Comments on keyboard focus styling of links and form controls:

1.       The use of red background color for link focus styling seems harsh  and maybe want to include some boarder styling of keyboard focus

2.       There does not appear to be any focus styling of the form controls, when I tab through the page, or it is very subtle.
