Thanks for the feedback, I will definitely inform the SurveyGizmo people about this. We tried our best to ensure that the survey is accessible but these kind of feedback is really appreciated. I know that SurveyGizmo people are also trying their best to ensure that tools used are accessible so I am sure they would be happy to hear such feedback <http://wac.osu.edu/workshops/survey_of_surveys/> and <http://www.surveygizmo.com/survey-blog/accessible-survey-tool-section-508-accessibility/>. If they ask me about further information, can I give them your details so you can tell them about your experience?
