Today, August 3, U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Spero in the Northern District of California ruled in favor of JetBlue in the website and kiosk accessibility case and granted JetBlue's motion to dismiss the case. A post about the court's order is on my website at: http://lflegal.com/2011/08/jetblue-order/ While very disappointing, please remember that this ruling is based solely on very specific regulations and laws in the United States governing airlines, and will not affect claims for website or kiosk accessibility in any other public or private sector settings in the U.S. Please let me know if you have any questions, Lainey Lainey Feingold Law Office of Lainey Feingold http://lflegal.com/ 510.548.5062 LF@LFLegal.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/LFLegal The information contained in this e-mail message may be privileged, confidential and protected from disclosure.
