RE: Opportunity to review accessible office document accessibility guidance and techniques

Just a reminder that the draft "Accessible Digital Office Documents" guidance will be available for comment until 22 October 2010 at:

http://adod.idrc.ocad.ca/node/1

Please send comments to adod-comments@idrc.ocad.ca.

A few notes:
- it is ok to review any number of the documents (we will stitch the comments together)
- the WordPerfect X5 documents are now available (they were initially missing)
- some Mac users have had trouble with the DOCX documents, but the ODT versions are working
- the document is still a draft (we will update it based on your comments)
- the final guidance will be publically available in a Web-based version as well
- we will publically acknowledge reviewers (unless otherwise indicated)

Cheers,
Jan
