Can someone please paraphrase "Check that this associated text is identical for each user interface component with the same function"?
 
 What does this statement mean?
 
The document is located at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/G197, procedure checkpoint #2.
 
I need a paraphrase to determine my own pass/fail. The language that WCAG 2..0 wrote for this criteria is to confusing for me to understand.
