one of the more interesting bits from that study was that people who
are more severly disabled are much more likely to not be computer
users.

this if nothing else illustrates the need for better access.

also the study left out younger users, what is the avaliability of
adaptive equipment in schools for example or even public facilities, I
have yet to find a public library with a screen reader, they must be
out there but I haven't found one yet, (or at least one that worked)
