Ryan it may be worth browsing around http://www.sitemorse.com/survey/report.html?rt=461 - they have various reports about all UK based websites eg: Local/Central Govt; FTSE, SMEs, etc. Not necessarily conclusive, since the tests are automated, but it may help to form a high-level opinion on percentages of pass/fail...
