...and ITunes on the Mac with VoiceOver is almost like a dream come true. 
Everything is available through the store interface in true VoiceOver 
fashion although I would like to see a little bit of the old tab and click.

Kudos for good work... Sure, Apple still has issues, but they are grabbing
them by the horns and deserve to be acknowledged for the effort.
