Ryan,

Apart from using a proper HTTP redirect as already suggested, could you not
use server-side code to determine which file to link to according to the
current month? By using a simple convention for file naming that should be
really easy to do, and has no client side consequences at all.

Or you can use a server-side include (SSI) for the part of the page with the
menu link, so you only have to change the include file each month. Ditto
client side remark.

(If I am understanding your requirement properly.)
