Wow. Trying to get info at help.yahoo.com really is like banging one's 
head against the wall.

Searching for any combination of 'captcha' and 'accessibility' returns:

And indeed, as I'm sure you noted, the 'more info' links next to the 
CAPTCHA is completely useless.

Please keep me posted with whatever success (or otherwise) you have with 
this.
