Google Adsense code is not valid and not accessible

I discover with a lot of disappoint that google adsense code is not accessible; 

If a site contain google adsense cannot be validated by watchfire and contentquality, due to errors in code strings...
The rules of affiliate program doesn't allow to modify code in pages, so.. How can I do?
