Hi,

I don't agree with rule 9 at
http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/tests/test9.html (All img elements that
have a longdesc attribute MUST also have an associated 'd-link'):

* http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-HTML-TECHS/#dlink says that d-links are 
deprecated.
* It also conflicts with 
http://www.it.uc3m.es/vlc/wai/wcag20formal.html#linktext

So, I think it should be deprecated.
